General Specifications
Chassis and Floor
Structurally welded steel chassis which is pre-painted, primed and final coated with a bituminous based underbody paint. The floor is an exterior grade timber board covered with heavy duty industrial vinyl or high textured carpet tiles.
Roof and Ceiling
The pitched roof is constructed with pre-treated, timber trusses and covered externally with IBR roof sheeting. The ceilings are 4,8mm thick Hardboard covered with textured PVC Vinylast, incorporating concealed fixings. The insulation in the roof cavity is 50mm thick, 12kg/3 insulation wool.
Floor to ceiling height - 2400mm
Sidewalls
The walls consist of a timber frame construction, clad externally with galvanised, pre-painted Chromadek and internally with 4mm Plywood covered with attractive woodgrain or patterned vinyl for wet areas. All perimeter walls are insulated with 50mm thick 12kg/3 insulation wool.
Electrics
Units are wired for 220 volt supply in accordance to SABS 0142:1987. All wiring is cavity fitted with flush fitted switches and plugs.
Plumbing
Copper piping is used for water supply and PVC for sewerage and waste water.
Windows
Anodised aluminium, horizontal sliding windows fitted with 4mm thick glass.
Doors
Exterior: High density foam with Chromadek cladding both sides complete with stainless steel hinges and chrome plated 3 lever locks.
Interior: Hollow core with decorative wood grain finish complete with chrome plated 2 lever locks.
Sizes: (12 x 6,8), (15,6 x 6,8), (18 x 6,8) meters.
