Rationalisation and restructuring of the previous Grinaker-Duraset Mining Products and LTA's Steeledale SCS (Strata Control Systems), Steeledag and Amsteele Systems (Geotechnical Products) has now been completed.

Therefore to simplify matters it was decided that the focused new company, which includes all the above mentioned companies, would trade as Duraset from 1 July 2004.
