Amdale is an established and owner managed precision engineering company based in a
modern purpose built factory located just off the M27 in Portsmouth. Amdale works closely with numerous
local,  national and international companies to achieve the most cost effective and efficient ways of
machining complex components.

In order to provide the capacity to handle items ranging
through "one offs", small intricate parts and large heavy components, the company
has invested substantially in up-to-date equipment in CNC Milling and
Turning, EDM Wire and Spark Erosion and Small Hole Drilling.

With over 15 years specialist CNC and EDM machining experience, sophisticated CAD/CAM
facilities and full accreditation to BS EN ISO 9002, Amdale can offer the high standards
of quality, service and technical expertise necessary to accomplish even the most
difficult machining, to very stringent tolerances, on hard materials, such as tungsten
carbide and stainless steel, as well as on a range of exotic materials, including
titanium, nimonics and certain ceramics.

Amdale are small enough to offer personal, as well as prompt, attention and advice,
encouraging customers to consult them at any stage in the development of their product.
They are also large enough to finance the range and diversity of plant
necessary to ensure customer's delivery and fast order turnaround
requirements are satisfied, maximising production capacity by operating
24 hours a day, 6 days a week.
