Bypass Filters

A bypass filter is a secondary filter that is used to augment the primary full-flow filter. The bypass filter takes a percentage of the output flow diverted from the primary filter and further removes smaller particulates that have passed through the coarser, primary filter before returning the fluid to the main circulation channel. This process is often referred to as polishing.
