With more than 35 CNC machines and a good capacity, our workshop is able to assure very short delivery term -20 days from the arrival of raw material

Valve components machining dimensions: from 1/2" to 48" max weight 7.000 Kg.
Valve raw material type: forgings, castings, shaped etc. A105 – LF2 – F316 – F51 – F44 – WCB – WCC - Hastelloy - inconel – monel - titanium, etc
Machining operations: roughtly machining, premachining, the welding overlay in Gtaw and Gmaw process , the final machining after welding, turning, drilling, milling, polishing and any NDT tests - UT – LP – MPI - Xray .
