Now QS consists of a CASTING FOUNDRY processing in INVESTMENT CASTING (LOST WAX CASTING),SAND CASTING and a MACHINING FACTORY with FIXTURE MACHINING and CNC TURNED MACHINING, which enables us to meet your wide CASTING and METAL PART demands.
QS strives to provide "NetShape" castings that reduce or eliminate costly secondary process. QS can also offer you the "value added" processes you may need to complete your job. Heat treating, non-destructive testing, machining, welding, plating, painting and we also have the capability to make your parts assembled.
QS focus on innovation consistently providing casting design,engineering support and applying advanced designing softwares,say, CAD,UG,PRO-E,SOLIDWORKS and PRO-CAST to increase design flexibility, lower cost and minimize lead times.
