South-west Fastener and Adhesives Exhibitions just a month away

South-west Fastener and Adhesives Exhibitions just a month away

Company News Thursday, April 14, 2011: Fastening and Assembly Solutions

As we approach May 12th the level of interest in the new Southwest FAST & IASE exhibitions grows amongst exhibitors and prospective visitors alike: especially since the range of fastener products on show at the Exhibitions for the benefit of South-West manufacturers covers just about every type, aspect and approach to mechanical and adhesive fastening presently in mainstream industrial use. Mechanically this includes press joining and clinching, hardware, plastic fasteners, threaded fasteners and inserts, metal and plastic rivets and riveting machinery, and much more. Visiting manufacturing engineers or buyers keen to explore chemical bonding options can explore their latest options with experts in structural adhesives, thread-locking adhesives, hot-melt adhesives, cyanaocrylates, anaerobics, water based, conductive and polyurethane adhesives as well just about every type of adhesive tape available.

In particular the FAST Exhibition (Fastening and Assembly Solutions & Technology) encompasses all the most up to date developments, application practices and new products now available in mechanical fastening, and the IASE Exhibition (Industrial Adhesives, Sealants & Encapsulants) does likewise in the fast-moving world of chemical bonding.

With the shows taking place on 12th May at the Haynes Motor Museum near Yeovil the choice of the Haynes Motor Museum as the new venue for the Southwest’s first fastener and adhesives exhibition is proving very popular with visitors as pre-registrations are well in advance of the events at this time last year.  Opening is at 09.00 and closing at 15.00 hours. The first 250 visitors to pre-register for the event will enjoy the added advantages of a free Haynes Museum pass (otherwise charged at £8.95 for adult entry) PLUS a choice of a complimentary cooked breakfast for early starters (served from 08.30 in the museum cafe) or a complimentary luncheon voucher instead.

Entry to both exhibitions is free and so is parking at the Museum. One registration provides a badge valid for both events and pre-registration can be done at either www.fastenerexhibition.com or at www.adhesives-show.com. Follow us on twitter: http://twitter.com/FASTandIASE.
