Boldman Harness Assembly Work Stations provide a cost effective way to increase productivity and ergonomic efficiency in a labour intensive assembly process.

Available in single or double sided versions with manual counter balance or with electric adjustment, the Boldman Harness Assembly Work Station is available in a standard 4’ x 8’ or 4’ x 12’ size, or to customer specification.

For larger harnesses you can place two work stations side by side, attach the workstations via a simple locking mechanism or synchronise the electronic control system if provided, to move both work stations together.

Counterbalance or electrical system with a hand held pendant to raise, lower or tilt the board to the most suitable working position.

Fully tiled work surface that allows insertion of ‘pins’ for the formation of the cable harness.

Simple retro fitting possible of tool supports, document holders, daylight lighting or electrical sockets. Inspection lamps for close-up working can be attached to a linear guidance rail for positional movement over the work surface.

The modular approach allows Boldman to use their aluminium profile system to design and manufacture both simple and complex structures to suit most customer and designer requirements.
