Dutton Simulation provides solutions for product and manufacturing process simulation (Computer Aided Engineering). We supply software to our clients and also conduct analysis projects including advanced research & development.
In the field of product design and analysis, Dutton provides software from NEi including NASTRAN, NEi Works (for SolidWorks) and NEi in-CAD (complete with CAD kernel).
For sheet metal forming we provide a range of world class simulation software, notably FTI's FormingSuite including FASTBLANK, FASTFORM, BLANKNEST, CATFORM (for CATIA) & BLANKWORKS (for SolidWorks). In addition, we host FTI's metal formability, tool design and assembly technical training courses.
We also supply the eta/DYNAFORM Formability Analysis & Die Face Engineering software for in depth sheet metal forming process analysis including advanced modules such as springback compensation and surface defect analysis.
Dutton Simulation provides solutions for plastic injection moulding simulation from the Moldex3D range of products (eXplorer, eDesign).
The capabilities of these software tools is enhanced with CAD translators from Datakit, Tool Engineering modules for CATIA from ACTAS and collaboration software from VCollab.
