Rollform Tooling
All Formit roll tooling is designed to the customers
specific requirements using the industry standard in
Rollforming simulation software “Copra” by DATA-M.
On any new tooling project Formit have the capability
to fully simulate the forming process and thus fully
optimise the roll tooling for best performance & wear.
It will also highlight on existing tooling problems with
wear & heat build up due to excessive work being
carried out on certain forming stations of non-simulated
roll tooling. These problems with existing tooling can
quickly be ironed out using the power of this
revolutionary software.
Formit will work with you to optimise existing tooling
sets and develop new ones.
With roll tooling designed using Copra Software,
Development time on new tooling projects is kept to a
minimum due to the simulation of the rollforming
process before manufacture of the forming tools
