High quality injection mould tools are the heart of any successful moulded product. Over several years, we have developed close working relationships with toolmakers in China. This allows us to offer excellent mould tools at competitive prices.
We have a range of Chinese toolmakers and moulders whose work our Project Engineers personally oversee in situ: in China. We manage the entire tooling programme from design - build - tool trials to production either in China or at our Devon base. Your choice - with our UK guarantee.

We can run tools with auto un-screwing mechanisms, collapsing cores, up and aways as well as hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanically actuated elements....
We also offer second operations and assembly to complement our moulding services, eg: in-moulded inserts, screw or heat staking inserts into parts after moulding.
