Distributors of a uniquely stabilised Hydrogen peroxide disinfectant / biofilm control agent. The product is formulated from Food Grade Hydrogen peroxide and stabilised and activated with a blend of vegetable based E numbered Food Additives - no toxic chemicals or heavy metals are used in the formulation and as such, when it breaks down into water and oxygen, no traceable residue if left behind. Due to the controlled reaction of the Hydrogen peroxide, the product only reacts as and when needed, thus accurate and low ppm dosing are achievable, while still providing excellent disinfection efficacy.
The product also works very well at eradicating biofilm and because it is so stable, when used as a sterilant in CIP, the solution can be re-used a minimum of 10 times, making it much more cost effective than Peracetic acid. Furthermore, the "used" solution can be bled into the plant's effluent water to neutralize COD, giving you a second "free" use of the product. See website for more.
