Company Description
BLC Parts is the parts and components division of BLC Plant Company, and was established in 1990 to complement BLC Plant Company’s already successful Used earthmoving equipment company. By 1999, this division had grown to such an extent that an identity of its own was needed to add value and to develop this part of the business. BLC Parts is arguably the largest operation of its kind in Africa. BLC Parts concentrates on supplying high quality used parts and reconditioned components for earthmoving equipment to the mining, construction and quarrying industries. In excess of 3000 current and late model Caterpillar machines have been dismantled to date.
The latest addition is the hydraulic workshop in which pumps and cylinders are rebuilt and tested. All rebuilds are tested and covered by a six month warranty. Through a commitment to quality and service, BLC Parts has gone from bigger and better and will continue to provide superior products at competitive prices for many years to come.
