How can I help you with your subdivision?
Council DA Conditions for new subdivisions usually specify suitable arrangements must be made for the following:
Electricity supply to each lot
Telecommunications supply to each lot
Streetlighting within and/or external to the subdivision
I will arrange for investigation of services in the area and either:
Arrange for the certification you need to verify these services are already available, or
Arrange for design of new electrical & NBN Co or Telstra reticulation & installation & provide certification
How do I do it?
I work with Energex/Ergon accredited consultants with the engineering skills & experience to design your services
I liaise with your surveyor, Council, Energex, Telstra and NBN Co
I liaise with your civil consultant (if applicable) to ensure no clashes with water/stormwater services
