The kwikmark impact marking system is self-contained with an embedded controller and requires no external PC for operation or programming. The optional Windows software suite is available for setting up new jobs, graphically displaying images of logos, graphics, etc. Designed to be the easiest system to use, a 12 key touchpad and a convenient 4 line display prompts the user through all steps of operation and alerts the operator of machine status throughout the entire cycle.
The kwikmark is a self-contained impact marking system that may be used for virtually any type of material. In operation, a single carbide pin oscillates hundreds of times per second creating micro-impacts onto the surface of your product. This may be used to mark part numbers, logos, serialization and date codes.
