Over Africa Industrial Supplies and Services CC was started on 1 May 2009. The Joint venture in 2010 with RPN Pipelines a Sasol Project has resulted in the Gauteng Regional Office being opened.

Welding Equipment and Consumables: Askaynak Welding Electrodes & Wires was established in 1974 and became a partner with Lincoln Electric by a joint venture of 50% shareholding in 1998.
