Company Description
Polikim A.S. was founded by three engineers (MSc/PhD) in 1971 to produce and market top quality egineering plastics. Polikim continues its operations at its 6000m2 indoor facilities.
Collaborating with DuPont, Polikim first began to produce finished and semi-finished products from polytetrafluoroethylene, DuPont's Teflon®, and later on expanded its product range to cover Kestamid® (Cast Polyamide) and Ulpolen®1000 (UHMWPE) with a vast number of varieties and dimensions for different applications.
As many as thirty registered trademarks of Polikim are brands with highest brand recognition in the engineering plastics sector in Turkey. Polikim's trademarks such as Efalon®, Kestamid®, Ulpolen®. Contalon®, Poligraf®, Polikort®, Polital®, Kempomp®, Kempak®, Kemgraf®, Kestoil® and Kestlub® and others are used as generic names for products by endusers as symbols of technology and high quality.
