Company Description
Tharo Consulting was established in 2003 by a group of engineers to provide professional engineering services to the mechanical industry. In autumn 2006 the company was taken over by its current owner Mr. H.F. Swart.
The aim of the company is to supply industry in South Africa with cost effective Piping Design Engineering and Pipe Stress Analysis Consulting Services. This is done through internal quality managed processes to ensure client requirements and needs are met.
The backbone of the company is mechanical engineering, with the main focus being:
- Piping Design & Consulting (incl. design, specifications, materials)
- Pipe Stress Analysis (incl. forces, moments, displacements & code compliance)
All projects are done according to client requirements, but strictly
according to applicable design specification standards and its requirements.
Design standards used within Tharo Consulting are ASME, BS and the
EN specifications.
