Your comments, feedback and suggestions: I can improve on the definition for 'Check Valves': Check valves are considered to be two-port valves made of plastic or metal. This means that they have an opening for a liquid to enter and one for liquids to exit. There is a variety of different check valves used in various types of applications. Some of these include ball check valves, diaphragm check valves, swing check valves, clapper valves, stop-check valves, and lift check valves.
