Your comments, feedback and suggestions: I can improve on the definition for 'Urethane Pulley': A Urethane pulley is a device that is used to harness and manipulate the power of rotation. A pulley is constructed with a wheel and axle and usually has a groove or a notch cut in the outer circumference of the wheel to hold a belt of some sort. The outer part of the wheel on a urethane pulley is made of a material called urethane which is a man-made substance used for its flexibility and strength.
