Your comments, feedback and suggestions: I can improve on the definition for 'Engineering Analysis': Engineering analysis is a method of figuring out a cost-volume formula by determining what cost should be, from an engineer’s stand point. Engineering analysis usually utilizes a methodical evaluation of facility needs, support service needs, material needs, and labor needs for a given product, whether it is a mechanical part, electric motor, or even a performed service, and determines a cost per output -item ratio.
