Buckeye Machine’s Fabrication, Machining and Assembly Departments are experienced and equipped to handle large to small industrial processes. Buckeye’s fabricators specialize in spot, MIG and TIG welding. Buckeye is your single source for a completed assembly, utilizing “cell” production to minimize costs.

Buckeye’s machining department offers capabilities of a large machine shop combined with the personal attention received at a privately owned business. Our machining capabilities include manual and CNC milling and turning and custom metal fabrication. Buckeye’s assembling department can save your company time and money that would have been spent on overhead, training employees and additional equipment. Buckeye Machine has specialized in designing and building industrial automation equipment and machinery for over thirty years. Buckeye handles all phases of production using our in-house automation capabilities. Buckeye has built innovative automated equipment for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Industry experience includes customers in automotive, appliance, rubber, SMC, plastic, food, and lighting industries.

In recent years Buckeye recognized the need for robotics in industrial automation. Knowing this Buckeye became a recognized industrial robot integrator in the Midwestern United States. In 2006 Buckeye Machine became an authorized Motoman System Integrator along with gaining experience in integration of other robot brands. Buckeye designs and builds robot cells, fixtures, end of arm tooling, robot safeguarding and vision system integration. Our robotic application capabilities include dispensing, pick and place, arc and spot welding, machine tending and assembly automation.
