The “Abakus Mobile Fluid” particle counter is a portable particle counter for liquids, viscous media and oil. Using various sensors it has many applications. Controlling the cleanness of drinking water, chemical and pharmaceutical solutions, the performance of filtration facilities, checking viscous liquids and hydraulic oils are some examples. Particle size ranges from 0.9μm to 500 μm are possible. When used for oils these instruments can be calibrated to ISO4406 and NAS1638.
The “Syringe” particle measuring system has been developed for laboratory operations in the food, medical and pharmaceutical sectors. The unit is used, for example, for controlling cleanness of water, pharmaceutical solutions, chemicals and beverages. It may also be used to analyse particle sizes by suspension in liquids.
The PZG-3 / PZG-4 sample feeding systems, when configured with the “Abakus” particle counter and a PC measuring card, is an evaluation device for measuring particle numbers and sizes in liquids and very viscous media. The system covers a measuring range from 0.7 µm up to 1800 µm by the versatile use of a variety of sensors. It can be applied to controlling the cleanness of water, pharmaceutical solutions, chemicals, beverages and for analysing special suspensions. The PZG4 is also used for particulate counts in hydraulic, lubricating and transformer oils, and can be calibrated to ISO4406 and NAS1638.
The TCC - Three Channel Particle Counter - for In-line use with liquids is a control system for measuring the number and size of particles in liquids and gases. The liquid particle counter measuring system is designed for in line use. The device has a choice of sensors and the selected sensor is built into the Particle Counter measuring system depending on the application and customer’s requirement. The measuring system is designed for both stationary and portable use. The devices cover a measurement range of 0.2 µm to 500 µm by the use of a choice of alternative particle sensors. This makes it appropriate for a variety of measurement applications:- monitoring of clean rooms, clean working benches, filter facilities in operating theatres, pharmaceutical filling operations and deposit concentrations on filters
