Audio Attenuators

An audio attenuator is an electronic component used to reduce the amplitude of the signal, thereby reducing the volume of the signal. The attenuator works by using electrical resistance in the circuit to reduce the signal strenth without affecting the waveform and resulting clarity of the audio signal.
