Dot Peen Marking

Dot peen marking is a surface marking process that uses impact force to create a pattern of indentations, or dots, in a surface. The pattern of dots can be used to represent a graphic image or a series of alphanumeric characters. The marking depth is typically on the order of 1 to 2 millimeters and is very consisent.
