Pneumatic Booster Pumps

Pneumatic Booster Pumps are used to increase the pressure of a working fluid from a low inlet pressure to a substantially higher outlet pressure. Pneumatic booster pumps are commonly used to maintain a high exit pressure or to increase the exit velocity in order to fill a reservoir quicker, depending on the use of the system. Pneumatic pumping systems are typically driven by compressed air, though there are many design variations involving both gases and liquids.
